For this husband and wife team, the party began in 1983 when Terrye introduced an entirely hands-on approach to entertaining at children's birthday parties. They built their business on the philosophy that with kids taking an active part, party entertainment had the potential to be fun and, at the same time, meaningful as a growing tool.
