Our stores have the look and feel of modern supermarkets, with wide, high-traffic perimeter tracks, thematic center aisles, clear overhead signage, shopping carts, and plenty of convenient parking close to the entrance.

Most of our stores are located in “point positions” in neighborhood shopping centers, and are situated on the right hand side of the road on homeward bound commuting routes. This makes it quick and easy for customers to pull into PSP and pick up pet food and supplies on their way home from work.

 Our stores are typically 8,000-10,000 square feet, yet they stock the same extensive selection as warehouse style superstores that measure two or three times their size. Our “secret?” Most PSP stores get deliveries from an established network of distributors twice a week, so we’re able to offer the same selection without using a lot of valuable retail space on back up inventory.

The end result is that our customers can shop at a more convenient store without sacrificing selection or price, while our franchisees are able to enjoy the lower overhead associated with a smaller location.
