Training and Support

Immediately upon your approval as a Profit-Tell franchisee, together, we embark on a six (6) week initial education and development curriculum.

This extensive curriculum begins no less than three (3) weeks prior to your attendance at our new franchise formal training orientation. You will begin building your knowledge through our “Jump Start” training materials, which takes place from your home and is complimented by daily coaching. These materials include workbooks and audio CDs that focus on our sales scripts, objection handling and appointment setting. Additionally, we guide you through the critical steps of preparing your business so you “hit the ground running” upon completion of your initial training.

Our specially designed NEW FRANCHISE TRAINING COURSE provides you with 6 full days of classroom instruction and practical, hands-on, in-field sales experience. You will learn the entire operation from products and services offered, franchise back office operations, customer support, lead generation and, how to attract and recruit a qualified staff of sales professionals. This comprehensive training curriculum provides clear and concise direction to ensure that all facets of your business are running smoothly from day one.

Continued Support
As a PROFIT-TELL owner, you have unlimited access to Profit-Tell's operational support services. Through an on-line software package, you have direct access to our corporate database so that you are instantaneously informed about your customer's productions. You have direct access to senior leadership and customer service personnel with years of hands-on experience for consultation relating to your business.

Expert in-field support is available for on-going training. Motivational and informational meetings are on going to keep your business and your growth on track. When you become a PROFIT-TELL owner, you are part of a team that works together to make sure your business works for you!
Once you are operating, an assigned coordinator will continue to render direction as required. Updates on company activities are provided in periodic meetings and in periodic informational publications, as well as, a complete set of reference manuals for your day-to-day needs.
