Training and Development

All new Stone to Foam dealers receive five days of initial training at our corporate facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Our comprehensive training program focuses on all of the skills you will need to run a business, from technical, hands-on application to ‘no-pressure’ sales and marketing methods. As a new Stone to Foam dealer, you will learn and hone skills such as: surface preparation, equipment operation, product application, quoting, as well as effective sales and closing techniques.

Training sessions are held on a regular monthly basis, enabling you to start at any time of the year.
